Abstract
Proposing to trigger the startMergingWindow method which initiates a new merging epoch.
Motivation
This SCCP aims to allow users to once more migrate escrowed SNX rewards to different accounts. Recent market volatility was considered a sufficient reason as to why users might have an interest to change accounts.
